A family matter deserves more than a form letter.

We are a small practice based in Huai Khwang, Bangkok. Every client who comes to us is working through something personal, and we think that deserves real attention. Our approach is to sit quietly with the facts of your situation, explain the relevant law in plain language, and walk with you through each step at a pace that suits your family — not a court calendar.

What we offer

Our three areas of service

Each service is designed around a particular moment in a family's life. We offer fixed, transparent fees so that cost is one fewer thing to worry about.

Quiet consultation room

Initial Family Consultation

A first meeting for clients who would like to talk through a family matter at an unhurried pace. The session covers careful listening, a written summary of relevant law in plain language, and a clear note of the options available — without pressure toward any particular outcome. Available in chambers or remotely.

  • Written plain-language summary provided
  • In-person or remote — your choice
  • No obligation to proceed further

Separation Agreement Preparation

A focused service for couples who have decided that a written separation arrangement would bring clarity. We draft a structured agreement covering household arrangements, finances, and care of children — reviewing each section with you before committing anything to paper. The pace is set by your family's readiness.

  • Household, financial & child arrangements
  • Draft shared for review before finalising
  • No step taken without your confirmation

Mediated Divorce Coordination

A comprehensive coordination service for clients who would like their divorce managed through structured mediation rather than contested proceedings. We prepare documentation, coordinate with a qualified mediator, draft the agreed terms, and lodge the papers with the appropriate authority — reporting progress to you in writing at each meaningful step.

  • Full preparation & mediation coordination
  • Written progress updates at each stage
  • All decisions referred back to you in advance

Why this practice

What makes the difference

We listen first

Every engagement begins with a full account of your circumstances before any legal framing is applied. You are heard before you are advised.

Everything in writing

After each meeting, you receive a written note of what was discussed and what your options are. Nothing proceeds without your clear, informed confirmation.

Fixed, clear fees

Each service carries a stated fee in Thai Baht. There are no hidden charges and no billable-hour surprises. You know the cost before any work begins.

Your pace, not ours

The rhythm of any matter is set by your family's readiness. We do not push toward an outcome, and we do not rush a process that deserves careful thought.

Strict confidentiality

Family matters are private. Every detail shared with us is held in confidence within a professional framework that meets Thai legal practice standards.

Remote options available

Consultations and drafting reviews can take place remotely where that suits the client better — useful for clients outside Bangkok or abroad.

Take the first step

Common questions

Things people often ask

Do I need to have made a decision before I come to you?
Not at all. The initial consultation is designed for people who are still thinking through their situation. Many clients arrive uncertain about whether any formal step is appropriate, and the purpose of the first meeting is simply to help you understand what the law says about your circumstances and what paths are open to you.
How long does a separation agreement typically take to prepare?
The timeline depends entirely on the complexity of the family's arrangements and how ready both parties are to engage with the process. A straightforward agreement may be drafted, reviewed, and finalised within two to three weeks. More involved matters — particularly where property or business interests are significant — may take longer. We never rush a draft, and we share each version with you for comment before it moves forward.
What is mediated divorce, and is it suitable for all situations?
Mediated divorce involves both parties working with an independent mediator to reach agreed terms, rather than presenting opposing cases to a court. It tends to be calmer, less expensive, and more manageable than contested proceedings. It works well when both parties are willing to engage with the process in reasonable good faith. If your situation involves safety concerns, very significant financial disputes, or strong disagreement about children's care, we will discuss with you at the consultation whether mediation is appropriate.
Are the fees fixed, or will there be additional costs?
The fees listed for each service are inclusive of our professional time for that scope of work. If additional steps arise — for example, if a matter becomes significantly more complex than anticipated — we would discuss any further costs with you clearly and in advance before proceeding. There are no charges that appear without your prior knowledge.
Is everything I share with you kept confidential?
Yes. Legal professional privilege applies to communications between a client and their legal adviser. Everything you share with khrobkrz is held in strict confidence and is not disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where the law expressly requires otherwise. We take the privacy of family matters very seriously.
Can I arrange a remote consultation if I am outside Bangkok?
Yes. We are able to conduct initial consultations and drafting review sessions remotely, using a secure video connection. This option is available to clients who are located outside the Bangkok metropolitan area or who are currently residing abroad. Please mention your preference when you make your enquiry.
